Megan was the sky blue puppy in Scout's first litter.  She will always have a very special place in my heart as she was the first puppy to make eye contact with me and she would constantly watch me from the whelping box.  She was chosen to go live with Lonnie, the owner of the puppies father, Casey. She spends her summers at their home in Canada and the winters in Florida.  Lonnie trains Megan in obedience, agility and hunting.  She is a very smart girl and I absolutely love the relationship that Lonnie has with her.  Megan also developed into a beautiful breed bitch with a powerful rear, beautiful movement and outline, and a gorgeous abundant coat.  Lonnie has her own website at

I showed Megan when Lonnie and I could arrange to be at the same shows.  I started showing her at the 2007 IWSCA national specialty where we took first place in the 12-18 month class both at the regional and national specialty.  We also got 1st place in the 12-15 month class in sweeps.  Megan showed beautifully.  She stood like a rock for the judge and each day, she had more and more fun.  Megan was shown at the Canfield, Ohio shows August 2nd - 5th, 2007.  She looked beautiful and won winner's bitch on Thursday, August 2nd.  She won winner's bitch and best of winners on Friday, August 3rd and Sunday, August 5th.  She also won reserve winners bitch on Saturday, August 4th.  At the same shows the next year in 2008, Megan won winner's bitch on Saturday and Sunday.  Megan won winner's bitch/best of opposite at the Canfield, Ohio show on Sunday, August 2, 2009 for her first major.  She also won winner's bitch on Saturday, August 1, 2009.  She won winner's bitch at the wine country circuit shows on September 24th.  Megan finished her championship on March 27, 2010 at the Western Pennsylvania Kennel Association by going winner's bitch/best of breed for her 2nd major.

Megan started her performance career in rally.  She earned her third leg and RN title at the IWS National Specialty in 2007.  She got a 95 and third place.  What a thrill for me to watch Lonnie and Megan work as such a beautiful team.  Megan never stopped wagging her tail the whole time.  Boy, she loves working with her mom.  Megan continues to do well in rally earning two Rally Advanced legs on February 9th and 10th, 2008.  Megan showed at Canfield, Ohio in August 2008 and had success in obedience, rally, and breed.  She qualified 3 times in a row to earn her novice obedience title (CD).  She also earned her 3rd rally advanced leg for her RA title.  At the Wine Country shows in 2008 in Romulus, New York, Megan earned her Rally Excellent title earning a leg 3 days in a row.  Megan finished her open obedience title (CDX) on September 28, 2013.

Megan earned her novice agility jumpers (NAJ) title on March 12, 2011. She earned her novice agility preferred title on September 28, 2013.  Megan earned her junior hunt test (JH) title on July 11, 2015.  This title also earned Megan the IWS all-around award honor and Quintessential award honor.  I'm so proud of all that she has done.

Megan was bred on March 14, 2010 and the puppies (3 girls and 1 boy) were born on May 10, 2010.  Please see the "Puppies & Litters" tab for more information about the litter including information about Marley, the stud dog.  Lonnie bred Megan to Skipper in the summer of 2012.  She had 3 girls and 1 boy on September 28, 2012.  All pups are in their forever home and they are the sweetest puppies.

Megan earned two Junior Hunt test legs the weekend of July 19th/20th, 2014
